It may come as a surprise to many people that it is very easy to convert videos to DVD. Of course you will need a powerful and easy-to-use software. One software that has become the standard in DVD authoring is ConvertXtoDVD. Why is ConvertXtoDVD popular? For one, it supports almost all known video formats. Second, it has lots of cool features such as a menu creator and its own burning engine. This means that with ConvertXtoDVD, you don’t need to use an external DVD burner like Nero. But the main reason why ConvertXtoDVD is popular is because it is very easy to use. How easy? Well all it takes is four steps as you can see below.

1. Program installation and file creation Of course the first thing that you should do is download and install the program in your PC. Once installed you can now select the files that you want to convert by clicking “File” then “Add video to file. ” From the menu, you can customize your DVD by changing the background image, fonts and title name.

2. Subtitles and chapters creation Next you would want to add subtitle and chapters to your DVD. To add subtitles, right click “subtitle (0 stream)” and then “Add subtitle channel” in the menu. Remember to put the subtitle file and video file in one folder to add the subtitle properly. In adding chapters. All you need to do is right click “Chapter (0 entry)” and then “Add chapter” in the menu. You can also rename the menu text by clicking on it.

3. Convert video to DVD After taking care of all the details, you are now ready to convert your video to DVD. Doing this can be done simply by clicking the “Convert” button. The length of the video determines the amount of time needed to convert it. Because it has a powerful encoder, ConvertXtoDVD can convert a full movie in an hour or less.

4. Burn to DVD After converting the video file you are now ready to burn it to DVD. Click the “Burn result to DVD” option then insert a blank DVD in your drive. It doesn’t matter if you use DVD R(W) or DVD-R(W) because ConvertXtoDVD supports both formats. After 15 seconds, actual burning will begin.
